Founded in 2006 by Michael
Kamen, Edge Solutions Group is a DBA of
Kamsol, Inc., a technology consulting firm
headquartered in Los Angeles, California. For over
10 years Michael Kamen and the Group have performed a wide range of
technology consulting services including local area
network infrastructure design and implementation, PC
and server hardware and software support, LAN / WAN
connectivity, database management, applications
development and integration, and end-user training.
The Group has provided hardware and software
consulting for “paperless office” implementations
whereby streamlining business processes and document
management costs. We have been involved in multiple
engagements involving raw data analysis from various
accounting and other management systems, providing
structured database solutions as well as summary
report preparation.
Prior to Kamsol, Inc., Michael Kamen
founded and led the Information Technologies
Consulting Group of Gursey, Schneider & Company, LLP,
a Los Angeles – based full service accounting and
consulting firm specializing in litigation support
and tax. Michael has coordinated a variety of
complex Information Technology solutions projects,
principally related to the design and ongoing
administration of corporate network infrastructure,
including maintenance, upgrades, data recovery and
management, applications integration and information
security.
We provide IT consulting services to clients in
the following industries: financial, real estate,
construction, manufacturing, entertainment,
restaurants, and professional practices including,
medical and legal.
Community involvement:
Members of the Group are frequent speakers
for the Westside Technology Users Group, CalState LA
and FER-CPE. We find educating our peers to be
one of the best ways to keep on the cutting edge of
technology, constantly adding to our ever increasing
and expertise. Yet at the same time, we
benefit from the unique perspective offered by those
not entrenched in the world of IT. In addition, our staff provides
many volunteer hours to local schools, offering the
know-how, as well as in some cases the technology
needed to complete many hands-on projects, such as
website development, class presentations, and
science fairs.
